This policy explains what TWO PIZZAS LLC collects when you use Agentic HubSpot CMS, why, and who we share it with. We keep data collection to what the Service needs.
What we collect
- Account information — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk, when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
- Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your subscription status.
- Usage data — lesson progress and basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
- Workbench inputs — if you use the “build with me” workbench, the prompts and code digests you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, save your progress, respond to support requests, and improve the course. We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We rely on a small set of processors, each under their own privacy terms:
- Clerk — accounts & authentication
- Stripe — payments & subscriptions
- Anthropic — AI generation for the workbench
- Vercel — hosting & delivery
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to work — primarily Clerk's session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use them to track you across other sites.
Your choices & rights
You can access or update your account details from your profile, and you can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Deleting your account ends your access to the Service.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
