Refund Policy

Agentic HubSpot CMS is a one-time purchase — you pay $249 once and own the course for good, with free ongoing updates. There is no subscription to cancel.

14-day refund

If the course isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in good faith, as long as you haven't substantially worked through the material. A refund revokes your access to the course.

If you were charged in error, or something isn't working and we can't make it right, email us and we'll sort it out regardless of the window.

How to request a refund

Email support@theartofaskingbetterquestions.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We'll respond within a few business days.

Legacy subscriptions

If you hold a grandfathered subscription from the previous version of this product, you can cancel it anytime from your account (“Manage subscription”), which opens our payment processor's billing portal. Your access continues through the period you've already paid for and doesn't renew after that; we generally don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
