These Terms govern your use of Agentic HubSpot CMS (the “Service”), operated by TWO PIZZAS LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Agentic HubSpot CMS is an online course about building software with AI agents, plus related tools. The first two modules are free; the rest require an active subscription.

Accounts

You need an account to access the course. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live). Don't share your account or course access with others.

Purchase, billing, and access

• Agentic HubSpot CMS is a one-time purchase of $249 (USD), processed through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Your purchase grants access to the course for the life of the product — owned for good.
• Free ongoing updates are included as HubSpot's platform changes; we don't charge for them.
• We may change the price for future purchases; a change never affects a purchase you've already made.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share the paid course content; don't scrape, copy, or bulk-download it; don't misuse the tools or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The course content and materials are owned by TWO PIZZAS LLC and licensed to you for your own personal learning while subscribed. Work you create using what you learn is yours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWO PIZZAS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state / country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
